April takes the cake

Last Christmas, a friend of mine gave us a calendar which came with blank white pages. The idea is for the members of the family to use that space to write notes, important reminders or just be creative with it. We chose to leave that space to Maia. Every month she draws something that represents that particular month.
I love the things she comes up with, but my favourite so far has to be April…
January...dreaming of snowmen. Little did she know at that time that she would be making one two months later.
She went to town with the markers in February. Her inspiration was obviously Valentine's Day here.
March. The month she discovered the word WOW! Also, her birthday month.
April, my favourite. The month when she gave her friend a "frit" on April's "Fule".
That is too cute! What a great idea for a calender. She’s so creative!
I can’t wait for May!
